Dana Bjarner
Co-Founder
Underwater Photographer, Conservationist, and Storyteller.
From a very young age, she has been surrounded by nature and art. Over time, she found the union of those two passions through photography.
She started exploring underwater photography through scuba diving and free diving, portraying wildlife and issues related to marine conservation.
Always driven to transmit deep messages and create an emotional connection with people through her images, she came to discover the potential and impact of storytelling, which led her to dig a little further when creating her images.
She is currently an ambassador for several local and International Brands such as Reef. and in the conservation field, she is an ambassador for Keiko Conservation (a marine conservation organization) and Co- Funder of Proyecto Sucre (a project that seeks sustainability in the communities of the Ecuadorian coasts) which has allowed her to use her photography to create environmental awareness and not only create an impact on people but also bring them closer to nature through the stories told through her images.

Ericka Carrera
Co-Founder
Ericka is a journalist by profession, who stumbled upon becoming a Freediver almost by accident. Nonetheless, she has embraced this path with passion, constantly cultivating ideas, projects, and innovation.
As a level 4 Freediver instructor (AIDA/MOLCHANOVS) and the current depth record holder in Ecuador, she proudly holds 4 x national records (CMAS) and 1 x national record (AIDA). One of Ericka's remarkable achievements includes reaching a depth of 54 meters in Constant Weight Monofin (CWT) and 41 meters in Constant No fins (CNF).
Her ambition doesn't stop there; she aspires to set a world record in Constant No Fins (CNF) and become the deepest athlete to reach -100 meters in Ecuador.
Having spent over a decade living the Island life in Galápagos and Australia, Ericka's experiences have profoundly influenced her commitment to embracing imperfect eco-conscious living and conservation.
Above all, Ericka is a proactive activist who firmly believes in actions over words, living by the mantra: "You are what you do."
Founder of Carrera Freediving School and Co-Funder of Proyecto Sucre.
